The Andrews Labor Government is making sure Victorians get the support we need, close to home, with a complete overhaul of our mental health system.
Over $3.8 billion is being invested to build a system that is truly responsive and accessible - with dedicated services for infants, children, young people and adults. It’s the biggest social reform in a generation.
Locally, I know that Northcote has a serious gap in public health and mental health services - and too many locals and families are falling through the gaps.
That’s why, as your local MP, I’ve been pushing for more health, wellbeing, youth and family services - not further afield - but right here in our suburbs.
We need our mental health system to be there for Northcote - whether you are a young family, senior or student and regardless of background, language or culture - I will not stop fighting for this.
