Ms THEOPHANOUS (Northcote): My question is for the Minister for the State Electricity Commission. Minister, when Victoria’s energy systems were sold off to private multinationals, bills went up and many Victorian workers were sacked. Could the minister please indicate what kind of benefits Victorians, including constituents in my electorate of Northcote, can expect to see from the government bringing back the SEC?
